Real World Asset Tokenization

Origination and Global Placement of Real-World Assets

Taishan structures and distributes tokenized real-world assets: issuance architecture for owners of verifiable cash-flowing assets, and access to screened real-yield exposures for qualified investors. Asset before token; title before issuance.

Current Offering

Partner assets screened under Taishan's underwriting criteria (detailed below). Real underlying cash flow; issuance records verifiable on-chain.

Underwriting Criteria

Three admission criteria, three exclusions. For assets that pass, Taishan coordinates due diligence, legal structuring, issuance, and secondary liquidity arrangements.

Verifiable cash flow — underlying yield sufficient to cover issuance and ongoing costs, evidenced by audited statements or bank records
Registrable title — perfected through land registries, asset registers, or custody instruments, enforceable against third parties
Precedented structure — established legal frameworks on which counsel can opine, auditors can sign, and administrators can act
Not underwritten — assets whose valuation rests on narrative rather than verifiable cash flow
Not underwritten — title existing only as on-chain records without legal perfection
Not underwritten — issuances requiring unprecedented structures
